****PLEASE NOTE: VERY IMPORTANT: Credit Cards are not charged until we review your order. This practice helps to correct any possible mistakes ahead of time. If we notice a problem such as "a large men's pendant with a petite 16" inch chain" we will contact you and advise you of the error before the order is shipped. We find that this attentive personal service is both appreciated by our customers and helpful for all concerned.
SHIPPING PRACTICES: Unless otherwise directed we ship all packages UPS.You can chose whether to have your item sent Ground,3-day, 2nd-day, or Overnight.Priority mail is also available on orders up to $50.
If we are out of stock we will let you know within 24-48 hours. Otherwise all items are shipped within 24-72 hours with the EXCEPTION OF CUSTOM ORDERS (14k Gold and Rings). Those items will ship within approximately 10-14 business days since most are made to order. Personalized custom rings will take approximately 3 weeks.

RETURN POLICIES: If for any reason (other than an error on our part)you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase, please send it back to us in its original condition within 10 days of receipt for a full refund of the item.
You may also exchange jewelry for other jewelry within 30 days if you would prefer something else.
Shipping fees, however, are not refundable. Refunds and credits will be issued usually within 5-7 days of receiving your return.
14k Gold and Diamond Fashion Jewelry is considered custom as it is made to order: If your item is a special or custom 14k order, then your item is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Any cancelled or returned orders above $350 will incur a restocking fee of 10%. This applies to all orders over $350 whether the order has been shipped or not, once an order is placed and your credit card is charged.
If you are making an exchange or return, you must contact us first to obtain an authorization. Once you have received your authorization, you may send your package to the address at the top of this page.
We recommend, also, that you insure your package fully when sending, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage on returned items. For all returned or exchanged items, we recommend using Fed Ex or UPS, or USPS with delivery confirmation. Please keep all mailing receipts until the credit or exchange has been completed.
Since most of our custom designed wedding bands have an intricate design and because we make our rings-to-order, many cannot be sized like regular or plain rings. If you are not sure of your size, we suggest you go to a jewelry or department store ahead of time and try on a ring sizer. Be sure to use one that is approximately comparable in width to the ring you are buying. Example: a narrow ring requires you to use a narrow ring sizer. A wider ring requires the wider ring sizer. The reason is that a wider ring will usually need about 1/4 - 1/2 size larger than a narrow one.There is no charge to size one of our plain wedding bands or some of the custom ones. However, please be sure to ask us if a ring can be sized before purchasing.
If we send you the wrong size ring vs what was ordered or if we send you a defective ring, we will, of course, make a new ring at no cost to you.
* Please contact us to obtain a return authorization if your return or resizing meets the above policies.
SPECIAL AND CUSTOM ORDERS: Special and custom ordered items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes hand-made items, celtic rings, personalized or custom wedding bands, and any items that have been engraved, or altered in any way. If you are unsure of whether your item is a special order, please contact us before ordering.
PAYMENT POLICIES: Purchasing with Credit Cards
You can be sure that your credit card information is safe through our Secure Server.
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Please note that the information on your credit card must match your actual billing address.
For larger orders over $1,000, we may ask that you send a bank wire instead of using a credit card. At our discretion, we reserve the right to request a bank wire as payment instead of a credit card on any size order.
If you prefer not to use credit cards, we also accept personal checks, money orders, cashiers checks, and bank wires.
CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS: Sacred Symbols Jewelry will gladly accept personal checks, cashiers checks, and money orders in addition to all major credit cards.If you would like to pay by check or money order, please call us for ordering instructions.
Please be advised that we do not ship COD. We also cannot accept credit card checks or any checks associated with credit cards.
Sacred Symbols reserves to right to reject any order at our discretion for any reason, especially related to orders that may be considered by us high risk or unverifiable, especially for credit cards orders or orders related to credit cards, such as credit card checks.Sacred Symbols reserves to right to determine whether a credit card purchase may be fraudulent or suspect and refuse an order if we feel that the order in question may be suspect.
In the case of a stock issue, Sacred Symbols will contact you within a reasonable time if your item is out of stock. However, we cannot be responsible for items that are delayed due to stock issues,manufacturer delays or mailing and shipping services that are out of our control.
